A contract between you and the owner will come into effect, once payment is made by yourself and a subsequent booking confirmation is sent from the owner, with verification of your chosen dates. The contract is binding for both members of your party. The people attending the property need to be the people on the booking form and you may not under any circumstances re-let or sublet the property.

Our Home

This property is privately owned and has been built with love. It is on the land of our home and we would ask guests to treat the property and things in it with the same love and respect, as we have building it for you. Much thought has gone into every detail of the property, we would therefore ask you to be mindful of this when using them.

Check in / Out

You can arrive anytime after 4pm.
Bookings are from 4pm and guests will need to vacate by 11am unless otherwise agreed.
No parties or events, with a maximum of 2 persons allowed in the property, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the owner.

Not Permitted

We do not accept guest pets on the property. Please note there are 3 small family dogs on the premises.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Candles and fireworks are not permitted.

Damages and breakages

If there have been any damages or breakages during your stay, please report them before vacating the property. The accommodation is inspected after departure you may be charged for any loss or damage.

The Toilet

The toilet is a Saniflo system, you must not under any circumstances place anything other than waste and paper in the system, although this list is not exhaustive, any items such as Tampax, baby wipes, cotton wool or condoms found in the unit, will cause a fine of £200.

Noise

The Hideaway is very private, however noise travels far on a quiet night. We ask that you respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum. No music outside (inside is fine) after 10.30pm. Please also be mindful when using the hot tub after this time.

Cleaning

We would ask that you leave the property as you found it and wash any utensils, pots and pans that are used.
The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

Arising Issues

We want everything to be absolutely perfect for your stay, so should there be any issues that arise, please contact us straight away, where will we endeavour to rectify these issues. Complaints made after departure cannot always be rectified.

The Hot Tub

The hot tub is used at the guests own risk. There are two visible buttons on the hot tub and other deliberately hidden buttons under a plastic cover, for your own enjoyment do not touch the hidden buttons, as these can issue commands to the hot tub, such as sleep mode. The owners will not be held responsible if you do touch these and subsequently lose heat.

Cancellation

Only under extreme circumstances would we ever cancel a booking, in such an instance we would issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel or change a booking it must be done within 28 days prior to the date of your stay. No refunds will be given after this date.

Personal responsibility

It is the responsibility of the guests to conduct themselves with due care and attention, the owners take no responsibility for guests whilst on the premises

We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately and without refund if we find anyone to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions
